Educational Planner finds help for struggling teens

Understanding a young person's needs and a particular program's capacity to meet those needs can be tricky business. Dr. Nadasi's training and experience make him exceptionally qualified to do both. Dr. Nadasi is a licensed clinical psychologist with dual training and certification as a school psychologist, and over ten years experience providing evaluations and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults in private and public settings. He maintains memberships in the American Psychological Association, the Montana Psychological Association, and the Montana Association of School Psychologists, and is a professional affiliate of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs.

Dr. Nadasi provides educational consulting and placement services locally and nationally in addition to traditional psychological services through his Kalispell private practice. Dr. Nadasi also serves as a program development consultant and resource for settings offering specialized services to adolescents and young adults. To insure excellent service, Dr. Nadasi accepts only a small number of new educational consulting referrals each month.

While there are many educational consultants in practice nationally, few have the credentials or experience comparable to Dr. Nadasi. Most educational consultants have no formal training as mental health providers, fewer still have served as therapists within specialized settings serving youth. Very few have experience actually providing the psychological evaluations typically utilized for placement decisions, and only a handful have designed programs for troubled youth.
